Students from MAST@ Homestead brought holiday to Signature HealthCare of Brookwood Gardens this past Monday.
MAST langnage teacher Norris Tamayo, along with her German and Spanish classes coordinated the visit to Brookwood Gardens in which many of the school’s students’ participated in.
Signature HealthCARE (SHC) of Brookwood Gardens participated in a coordinated prayer event on Thursday, May 5, joining millions of other Americans to recognize what has been designated as the National Day of Prayer. The prayer day event coincided with a celebration of El Cinco deMayo, complete with a Mariachi band performance.
We at Brookwood Gardens are proud to announce a very successful 100th Birthday Party for our resident Elizabeth Parets this past April 11. Our staff and residents joined her relatives, some of whom came from New Jersey to be with her on this most exciting day.
It was a very festive and happy occasion with balloons, a beautiful cake and all the trimmings. Elizabeth is so special to us all. She was voted Queen of our Resident Council in 2010. Congratulations to you, dear Elizabeth, on this very special birthday, and we wish you many more. With love from all your many friends here at Brookwood: Happy, Happy Birthday!

The Compassion Fund, a 501 (c) (3) grew out of the desire to provide assistance and alleviate suffering of our employees and communities. The community and Signature HealthCARE employees are eligible to apply for awards if the recipients have experienced an unexpected, catastrophic event beyond their control and must be unable to meet the basic financial needs without assistance.
